In my mind unique is one of the most positive words that exist. Why be, do, or for that matter eat food that is the middle of the road. Go for that experience that you can’t find anywhere else. Schønemann is one of the few unique restaurants in Copenhagen. When entering the restaurant I feel set back to my grandmothers living room. It is cosy and you feel right at home. Looking at the menu my grandmother serves the same dishes, but definitely not in the same way. It is classical cooking and it is extremely tasty. Good craftsmanship and high quality ingredients. The waiters are extremely nice, but don’t order a small aquavit, they will look strange at you for the rest of the evening.

The best Smørebrød in Copenhagen with a unique feel to it.
