With Gorilla Rasmus Oubæk expanded his empire to 7 restaurants. A common theme for all of his restaurants is a masculine cooking style with inspiration from all over the world. Expect no use of texturas or other types of modern techniques, but potent flavours stemming from classic French cooking. You can encounter fresh ceviche, classic pasta dishes, gourmet hotdogs/burgers, fresh fish and banana split in one serving. A bit confusing yes, but very tasty.
One little advice. Unless you are very, very hungry don’t go for the 15 course menu we are talking regular servings and not Michelin size appetizers.
