A highly underrated restaurant despite holding one Michelin star. Chef Nikolai Nørregaard is a selvmade chef that grew up on the little island Bornholm and he is proud of his heritage. Kadeau offers food and ingredients from Bornholm. With no classical training he has found his own way that is not bounded or routed in classical cuisine, but finds his inspiration in the nature where he forages’ for incretions.

Playful, very innovative, technical, and thoughtful and an extreme dedication to local ingredients are key to his always delicious cooking.
